Booking Policies and Important Information
• Please show common courtesy to fellow Guests and our Performer by not using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive or offensive behavior. As a courtesy to protect our performers and costumes we prohibit the acts of smoking of tobacco, e-cigarettes, and other products that produce a vapor or smoke within 50 feet of our performers/performance space. Please supervise your children at all times.
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your time slot and date. This retainer will be paid via invoice, payable via debit/credit card or Check made out to “Enchanted Encounters, LLC. After agreeing that your preferred time and date slots are available, you will have 5 business days to complete our contract(s) and pay the deposit. Your event time and date is not booked until payment of the deposit has cleared. Payment of the deposit indicates agreement to the terms and conditions listed here.
• The remaining balance of your event will be due no later than day of the event via invoice - payable via debit/credit card or Check made out to Enchanted Encounters, LLC. If the Event or Party is cancelled due to inclement weather a 50% refund will be issued, unless a rescheduled date can be agreed upon within 365 days of the canceled event.
• For the entire duration of our performers being on scene, our performers will remain in character 100%. Please refrain from referring to the performer by their given name, asking the performers questions about the costumes, wigs, or company, or asking performers any other "real life" questions that could disrupt the magic . Tiny eyes and ears are always close by. We would be happy to answer these questions after the event via phone, email, or social media. Please help us to keep the magic alive!
• If at any time a Performer or Attendant feel that they are in a threatening, hostile, unsafe, harmful, hazardous, or unsanitary environment, that Performer or Attendant retains the right to leave with full compensation from the client. The Performer or Attendant also has the right to refuse to perform services if the client is negligent, absent, inattentive, disrespectful, and/or inebriated or under the influence of any foreign substance.
• Gratuity for the performers is not required, but if you feel the performers were exceptional, it is always appreciated. 100% of tips go to our Character Performers.
• We may photograph, videotape, record or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who enters our event. Footage of guests may be used for any and all Enchanted Encounters, LLC social media, website, and marketing materials. Enchanted Encounters, LLC has rights to all footage.
• If you plan to have any other characters in attendance that our company does not offer (i.e. Mascots), please share that information with us before the event. We prohibit booking characters that we offer, from other companies, for the same event. If you have a character booked from another company that we offer, without prior notification, your deposit will be kept and we will not be in attendance. We strive to keep the magic alive by providing the high quality characters, and duplicate characters or a difference in character quality, performance, and package inclusions could jeopardize our reputation and the entire experience for your guests.
• You have 24 Hours after the scheduled end time to report any issues or problems if you feel the issue requires a partial refund or discount on your remaining balance.
